Brett Richardson, Director of Media and Marketing, Chobani

Brett is a Director of Media and Marketing for Chobani, a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people. Responsible for Chobani’s paid media investment and digital strategy, Brett leads the future-proofing of media and digital channels to drive business outcomes.

Prior to Chobani Brett worked at Essence Global where he supported YouTube and Google’s global marketing and media efforts, leading a team of media channel experts to drive adoption of products across 67 counties.

Outside of work Brett enjoys cooking and volunteers his time providing employment mentorship with the AHRC and is a Board Member of Popcorn for the People.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
