Brook is the Client Services Director at independent Customer Experience agency, Apparent. Having spent almost a decade of her career there, Brook has contributed to the continued evolution of the agency practice and product. First joining as one of 15 staff, Brook now leads as part of the Executive Leadership team across a combined group of over 120 staff and direct team of 40 Client Service professionals.
Brook has gained invaluable insight into how to act as an agent of change while building and maintaining long term client relationships during her time at the fast-growing agency. A passionate connector of people and ideas, Brook believes that trusted partnerships are the foundation of great work and commercial outcomes for any business. Her long-standing client partnerships have led to opportunities to work globally with leading technology brands such as Google Cloud, LinkedIn, VMware and Cisco. She has been invited to the US on a number of occasions to work as an embedded member of these global marketing teams.
Most recently, Brook has worked alongside Cricket Australia to launch their new brand platform and positioning in the market. She loves working with purpose-driven brands and is driven by the conviction that creative problem solving can create positive behaviour change.
Prior to joining Apparent, Brook worked in client service teams at BMF and Euro RSCG.
Outside of work, you’ll find Brook on the basketball court with her long-suffering team of 14 years, the mighty Pink Panthers, or finding any excuse to indulge in great food, wine and live music.
