Brume Jessa is the Head of Agency, Creative Partnerships at COLORSxSTUDIOS, where they lead the charge in developing innovative digital campaigns and strategic partnerships that elevate global brands. With a knack for bridging creative vision and execution, Brume has driven significant growth for COLORSxSTUDIOS, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and data-driven strategies to achieve impactful results.

Before joining COLORSxSTUDIOS, Brume was a Senior Project Manager at Meta, where they spearheaded global advertising initiatives that enhanced brand presence and engagement across diverse markets. Their work included collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions that amplified client portfolios and optimised campaign performance.

Prior to Meta, Brume held the role of Senior Program Manager for Global Marketing Campaigns at Revlon Inc., where they directed digital marketing initiatives and streamlined processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates. They also contributed their expertise as a Freelance Production Manager, working on film and media projects that showcased their ability to manage complex productions and deliver creative content under tight deadlines.

Brume’s career began in creative and project management roles at agencies like Red Antler and Saatchi & Saatchi X, where they developed a foundation in branding, marketing, and client engagement. Known for their strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and passion for storytelling, Brume thrives on challenges that push boundaries and drive innovation.

Outside of work, Brume is dedicated to fostering inclusive creative communities that celebrate and amplify queer, trans and Black voices, exploring the intersections of culture, technology, and art to drive meaningful conversations and impactful change.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
