Caio Correa is currently the Sr. Brand Director for one of the most iconic brands in the world. In this capability, he has had the chance to lead a couple of Super Bowl campaigns, partner with some great fast food chains (Taco Bell and Buffalo Wild Wings), develop the Doritos Solid Black purpose platform and launch some breakthrough innovation. Before his current role Caio was the Chief of Staff for the CMO at Frito-Lay and led the innovation for brands like Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos and dips.
Prior to joining PepsiCo Caio had a chance to work in many food categories across a variety of small and bigger brands while at General Mills. Caio led the development of the Cheerios Good Goes Around and Ellen DeGeneres partnership that invited consumers to try to do one million Acts of Good. Caio also led the development of Totino’s Pizza Rolls Live Free. Couch Hard. Campaign and the renovation Yoplait Original by showing the organization that it was needed to reduce the sugar of its product. Also on Yoplait Caio led the development of Firefly Sisterhood purpose and breast cancer initiative for the brand.
Back at his hometown of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Caio worked for Nestle in the confectionary division working on innovation and that is where he really found his love for marketing.
Caio got both his undergraduate and MBA from Brigham Young University in Utah where he went as he followed his sweetheart (Denise) back in 2001. Caio has 2 boys and really enjoys training for a couple ½ Ironman races a year.
