Carlie is Head of Brand Marketing and Corporate and Consumer PR at Gousto – one of the UK’s most exciting tech unicorns. Part of the senior management team, she has played a pivotal role in the company achieving major milestones including: 70% YoY growth, 250 to 1000 employees, as well as being the driving force behind Gousto quadrupling it’s brand awareness. A creative, passionate brand marketeer and experienced PR professional, she was named in Campaign magazine’s ‘Faces to Watch’ 2019 for her innovative work, including bringing Joe Wicks in as investor and ambassador for the brand.
Prior to joining Gousto, Carlie spent five years leading high performing account teams at two top tier global PR agencies: Hill+Knowlton and FleishmanHillard. During her time here, she was a renowned campaign architect, working on UK and global accounts brands for: General Mills, Mondelez, Bayer, P+G and Britvic. Before moving to London, Carlie was a self-employed PR Consultant straight out of university – securing a mix of global, national and regional clients after studying a Public Relations degree.
In her spare time she’s found taking her taste buds on a tour of the UK’s food scene or exploring her creativity, utilising her Professional Business Diploma in Floristry and Events Styling.
