Caroline Darcy, Founder, Milka Marketing

Caroline Darcy is the founder of Milka Marketing, a specialist consultancy providing clients with brand, marketing and sponsorship services in banking, consumer goods, sports, entertainment, and sustainability sectors.

As the former Global Head of Sponsorship and Platforms (Sustainability) at Standard Chartered Bank has over 20 years experience in brand, marketing, sponsorship, PR, digital and social media and major events management across the APAC region and globally. In this role, Caroline led a global team that managed and maximized the value of the bank’s marquee partnership with the Liverpool Football Club including the Women’s’ team across Asia, Africa, Middle East, Americas and Europe. Caroline also oversaw Standard Chartered’s marathon and golf platforms and the bank’s strategic industry partnerships with organizations such as the World Economic Forum. Caroline spearheaded an internal workstream on the bank’s marketing and communications’ efforts in the area of sustainability as Standard Chartered aspires to be the most sustainable bank in the world.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Caroline was the Group Head – Brand, Sponsorship & Advertising, Asia Pacific at UBS. In this role, Caroline led complex and innovative marketing and brand campaigns and regional and global events including Art Basel, The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, The Beijing Music Festival, Formula 1 and a 10-stop world tour with photographer Annie Leibovitz. Caroline was instrumental in the successful re-launch of the UBS brand in 2015 globally.

Before joining UBS, Caroline was General Manager of Marketing for the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. Having won a number of awards, Caroline is recognized in the marketplace for her commitment to delivering unique value to clients and stakeholders through strategic marketing and communication campaigns and for her in-depth understanding on how marketing and brand platforms can deliver against a brand’s business and sustainability objectives.

All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
