Caroline Hope

“A marketer on purpose” is a phrase that aptly describes Caroline Hope.   

After decades as a global marketing professional, Caroline has been fortunate to directly impact the fortunes of some of the most iconic brands on the planet including Virgin, Mastercard, Ford, Pepsi, Glenfiddich, Pantene and Telstra. 

Caroline has always been committed to the greater good, serving pro bono as an Executive Director and FAICD on Not For Profit boards. 

Lockdown brought a clear inflection point for Caroline, seeing her pivot to boutique consulting and leadership coaching.  In 2022, she established a boutique advisory business, The Lighthouse, named for her purpose (“See the light, be the light”).  She has been coaching and empowering professionals around the world ever since.   

A long-time supporter of TMA, it is now Caroline’s honour to be in a position where she can give back in her capacity as a coach.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
