Caryn is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF, with over 3000 coaching hours and counting. After spending over 15 years in the corporate world working at PwC, BMO, BDO, and Thames Water (UK), she made the move to follow her passion of supporting others as they build on their strengths to reach their goals.
In addition to her degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Caryn continues to focus on her growth as a coach. She has completed courses in Motivational Decision Making, Positive Intelligence, DEI, Limiting Beliefs, Framing our Stories, How the Brain Works, and Cognitive Bias. Now she combines her education, skills, passion, professional and personal experience to partner with you as you explore growth and change.
