Caryn Groce is the Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of ViacomCBS Inc. At ViacomCBS, Caryn oversees lawyers across several corporate legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, board of directors and public company governance and reporting, treasury, corporate housekeeping, joint venture and subsidiary management, as well as ViacomCBS Media Networks International.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Groce served in a number of roles at the company, most recently as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Viacom International Media Networks, which operates international divisions of the company’s cable networks brands, regional free-to-air broadcast networks, and program services created or acquired for international audiences.
Before working at ViacomCBS, Caryn served as Senior Corporate Transactions Counsel at NBCUniversal, and was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Hogan Lovells. Caryn is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the United Nations International School in New York City.
