Catherine Bain

Catherine has over 20 years business experience, and now works as an advisor and coach to individuals, teams and organisations. Her coaching focus is on leadership and team-building, strategy and culture, talent management, and career development. She began her career working for a global investment bank in the UK and US, advising business leaders on their corporate strategy and financing decisions; she was also responsible for a number of the mentoring and development programmes within the bank. Drawn by the potential of assisting businesses and individuals achieve higher performance through building leadership capability and a strong team culture, Catherine moved into executive search and talent/leadership advisory in 2007. Since then, she has worked with senior executives in Europe, the US, Africa and Asia, advising on career development, team building, talent management and strategic initiatives. A former international gymnast, Catherine’s diverse background in sport and business allows her to understand the challenges of continually moving performance to higher levels in competitive environments. Her passion lies in working with leaders and teams to allow them to think differently and deliver more, increasing their potential to achieve excellence while maintaining their core values.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
