Cherry Tian, Head of Marketing, Workspace Group

Cherry Tian is an accomplished marketing leader with 18 years of experience driving transformative brand and marketing strategies across FTSE 100 companies, high-growth startups, scale-ups, and global agencies. With a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring talent, and delivering measurable business growth, she continually seeks new experiences and challenges to broaden her expertise.

Currently Head of Marketing at Workspace Group, Cherry leads a team of 20 across brand, digital, performance marketing, customer engagement, customer insights, events, and property enquiries. She has revamped the marketing function within the business by establishing the first coherent, insight-led brand strategy, embedding full-funnel marketing, and launching the first connected TV campaign in the industry.

Prior to this, as a Senior Brand & Marketing Consultant, Cherry worked with scale-up brands such as UNiDAYS and ClearScore, leading global brand refreshes and go-to-market strategies. She also led major brand reboots for NatWest and Coutts, launched eBay’s first brand campaign in the UK, and relaunched the Ladbrokes brand to reshape perception – resulting in significant business growth.

Outside of work, Cherry is passionate about travelling. Having lived on three continents and visited over 30 countries, she thrives on experiencing new cultures and gaining fresh perspectives.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
