With over 15 years’ experience in the IT sector, Chloe has established herself as a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of expertise in partnership management, sales, project delivery, and leadership. Her career spans across various esteemed organisations, including T-Mobile, O2, Samsung, and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Chloe’s journey began in the B2B sales realm, where she excelled in driving revenue and forging strategic partnerships. At T-Mobile and O2, she developed sales initiatives across multiple channels, demonstrating her remarkable ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.

Seeking to make a more profound impact, Chloe ventured into the charity sector, joining Macmillan Cancer Support. During her five-year tenure, she played a pivotal role in transforming the SME partnership programme, significantly expanding their reach and impact, leading a team of fundraisers on new corporate partnership opportunities. Additionally, Chloe supported a small London charity by raising substantial funds that directly benefited underprivileged teenagers seeking career guidance and mental health support.

Chloe’s passion for making a positive difference extended to her subsequent role at Salesforce, where she lead the CMO Club in EMEA. Demonstrating her strategic acumen and ability to cultivate meaningful connections, she headed the development of innovative programmes that effectively engaged and nurtured the community across the region.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2026 ARE OPEN!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
