Chloe spent most of her career at award-winning creative agencies, where she fell in love with the magic of bringing brands to life—and the brilliant minds who make it happen. Working on beloved brands like Oreo, Coca-Cola, and TripAdvisor, she discovered the thrill of creating campaigns that connect deeply with people, earning a few awards along the way and finding joy in the stories, creativity, and connections at the heart of the industry.
Before joining The Marketing Academy, Chloe led brand marketing at an independent global agency, expanding its North American footprint, building truly global teams, and growing it beyond its native UK. Along the way, she led incredible teams and deepened her appreciation for the industry’s potential to inspire change and build meaningful connections. This passion brought her to The Marketing Academy, where she now focuses on developing the leaders she believes can truly make the world a better place.
Chloe has spent much of her adult life between New York City, Montreal, and London, and is a self-proclaimed museum geek. She recently left hilly North London for bucolic New England, where she and her family live with Brian Wilson, their beloved elderly, absolutely anti-social, and very anxious rescue dog. Fluent in German, Spanish, and French, Chloe brings an open-minded, people-first philosophy to every project.
