Chloë is currently the European Brand Marketing & Mass Advertising Lead for Amazon Prime. Chloë joined Amazon in 2016, and during her tenure has had an impressive track record of delivering results, driving process change and developing other team members. She has been recognised within the organisation for successful new product launches and innovative integrated campaigns; planning and controlling of large-scale budgets; and bringing people together across functions and markets. This relentless passion, energy and enthusiasm has resulted in Chloe being promoted twice in under 2 years. Her current role includes defining the marketing strategy for Prime across 10 European markets, and leading the implementation of the strategy, planning and execution across these territories.
Prior to working at Amazon, she spent 5 years at TUI UK & Ireland in a range of marketing roles. Initially she joined on an accelerated commercial graduate leadership program, before working as the Brand Communications Manager for Thomson Cruises & Island Cruises. Chloë then progressed into the position of National Campaigns Marketing Manager where she was responsible for planning, executing and measuring integrated campaigns for Thomson, First Choice, Thomson Cruises and Thomson Weddings. Whilst at TUI, Chloë was a ‘Tomorrow’s Travel Marketing Leader’ finalist at the Travel Marketing Awards in 2016.
Outside of work, Chloë spends her time daydreaming about her next trip abroad or reluctantly thinking about going for a run. Chloë holds a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience & Psychology from the University of Nottingham, and currently resides in North London.
