Prior to this role at ITV, Chris held Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive roles specifically across particular programme genres at ITV, including sport, news, current affairs as well as the launch of different platforms such as the ITV Box Office pay-per-view service and ITV’s channel in Middle East & Africa, ITV Choice. Chris’s career in TV began at the Discovery Channel, where he learnt about the principles and value of media as an Owned Media Planner, which in addition to his marketing apprenticeship as a Student Brand Manager as part of Red Bull’s Wings Academy helped him launch his wider marketing career in the TV industry.
In his spare time, Chris plays recreational golf, cricket and football, trying to apply some of the personal development and growth mindset principles from his career to his pursuit of improvement within his own disciplines and during the various lockdowns has discovered yoga as a valuable resource to achieve these goals.
