Building experience led brands has been at the core of his success in recent years.
Chris excels in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth. A commercial marketeer leading Customer Lifecycle Management for the Group’s 31m customers, focused on customer insight as the fuel to our thinking, to curate rich and engaging multi-channel experiences that drive behaviour change and ultimately business impact.
