Chris has worked across technology, innovation and business leadership, including scaling a company from zero to £20m revenue and supporting organisations through growth and change. Alongside this, he has spent a number of years working with founders and senior leaders as they navigate the realities of building, leading and evolving organisations.
His work now centres on how ideas move through complex systems — particularly how leaders make sense of situations, communicate effectively, and bring others with them when there is no obvious path forward. His approach is conversational and practical, focusing less on frameworks and more on helping people see clearly what is in front of them and how they might respond. These ideas are also being developed further in his forthcoming book.
