A leading-edge marketer with 2 decades of experience building some of the biggest FMCG brands in the industry. Initially at GlaxoSmithKline Chris was integral to the transformation of growth for Ribena & Lucozade Sport. Moving to Mars Inc in 2010 Chris spent 8 years in the confectionery business rejuvenating Mars bar before doubling the size of M&Ms in the UK. On Maltesers Chris was responsible for the much-loved purpose campaign “Look on the light side” promoting diversity and step changed innovation with the launch of Maltesers Truffles & Maltesers Buttons. In 2018 Chris made the leap to Mars Petcare as the Marketing Director for the UK business before taking on the role of Marketing Director for the European business. In this role Chris has pioneered the journey into data driven marketing, launched new direct to consumer businesses and scaled a new healthier portfolio of brands. Chris is a passionate marketer who believes brand building at its best puts the consumer at the very heart of everything. He brings a unique mix of strategic agility, a passion for people development and a delivery mindset.
Chris lives with his family in Cookham in Berkshire. He enjoys being out in nature with the family dog and is a huge sports fan.
