With over 20 years of experience across financial services, strategy, and large-scale transformation, Clairy is a senior executive known for shaping growth agendas and driving enterprise-wide change in complex, regulated environments. She currently serves as Group Head of Insights at Zurich Insurance, where she leads global teams that convert customer insight and advanced analytics into strategic action—mobilizing the organization to strengthen loyalty, accelerate growth, and deliver sustainable value creation.
Clairy has repeatedly led high-impact transformations at scale. She spearheaded the reengineering of Eurobank’s retail business, fundamentally shifting the organization from a product-centric to a customer-led model. The transformation unlocked growth, and increased efficiency through redesigned customer experiences, and modernized sales and distribution. As a Strategy leader, she played a central role in shaping the bank’s future through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and other types of transactions, and direct engagement with regulators, investors, and rating agencies during periods of systemic pressure.
Earlier in her career, Clairy was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising CEOs and executive teams on growth strategy, transformation, and value creation. She began her career at Heineken and Shell in the Netherlands.
Having lived and worked across Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, and Greece, Clairy brings a global leadership mindset defined by conviction, adaptability, and results.
