Clairy’s professional journey spans over 20 years in financial services, strategy, and transformation. Currently, she serves as the Group Head of Insights in Zurich Insurance, where she drives customer-centric transformation by leveraging advanced analytics and customer understanding to deliver impactful programs that enhance customer loyalty and deliver business results.
Clairy has been at the forefront of leading strategic and transformational change. She spearheaded the transformation of the retail bank of Eurobank, from a product-focused to a customer-segment-focused organization, including redefining customer experiences, and redesigning sales & distribution with physical and virtual teams. As a director in the Strategy team of the bank, she led high-impact initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and launching new entities, while working closely with rating agencies and regulators to secure the bank’s strategic positioning.
Her career also includes valuable experience at McKinsey, where she advised C-suite executives on critical priorities, from refining value propositions to driving business growth through actionable strategies. At the beginning of her career she worked for Heineken and Shell in The Netherlands.
Her international experience—across Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, and Greece, as well as her global responsibilities—has shaped her leadership approach, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration across diverse teams to ultimately achieve results. Passionate about uniting stakeholders around shared goals, Clairy excels at driving bold decisions and navigating dynamic environments with agility and responsiveness.
A proud mother of twin boys, Clairy enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, and is passionate about running. She holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). She currently lives with her family in Zurich, Switzerland.
