Clare is an executive coach and leadership development specialist with over 15 years’ prior experience in senior roles across media and communications businesses.
Having experienced firsthand the pressures of high-performance leadership, Clare understands the personal cost that can accompany sustained commercial success. Her work is about shifting this paradigm to enabling leaders to move out of over-functioning and survival mode and do the deep inner work so that they can lead with clarity, energy and confidence.
Following her corporate career, Clare retrained extensively in Coaching Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Clearing, and mindfulness-based approaches. She integrates evidence-based coaching with deep transformational frameworks to support sustainable behavioural change.
Clare is the Founder of Clarety Coaching, an executive coaching and leadership development practice now in its second decade. She has worked with founders, CEOs and senior leaders across Australia, APAC, the UK, and the UAE, supporting them to navigate complexity, lead cultural change and step confidently into their next phase of growth.
She is also Co-Lead of the Coaching Faculty at The Marketing Academy (AU Scholarship Program).
