Clare is the co-lead of our TMA coaching faculty and is also an ignitor of conversations that can create transformational change for individuals, teams, and organisations. She is on a mission to enable leaders to be more lit up in how they live and lead so they can build the kind of energy that creates sustainable growth and drives impactful change.
A former strategic and business lead in media, digital and creative agencies she found success, but it come at a cost to her personal health. This drove her to explore how to re-dress the balance. In 2013, she stepped away to re-train in Wellness & Strengths Coaching, Coaching Psychology, Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), Emotional Clearing & Mindfulness.
She went on to found Clarety Coaching & Consulting which is now one of the leading executive coaching and leadership development businesses in the marketing services space.
Clare is also an avid yoga, ambassador for The Elysia Wellbeing Retreat and Glow Up Careers supporting refugees.
