Clare is Strategy Lead at Two Circles, a global sports marketing business, where she works across all internal teams and a range of world-renowned sports clients to make the sports industry as impactful as possible. Having joined Two Circles as an analyst in 2015, she’s spent the last seven years taking on new professional and personal challenges as the business has grown from 50 to more than 400 people. Her current role fuses long-term thinking with immediate action. Clare works with every team around the world to set and deliver Two Circles’ strategy, from defining the Technology offering to crafting the team structure, from authoring external thought leadership content to setting clients’ commercial plans.
Purposeful leadership is one of Clare’s guiding principles. Having experienced the benefits of sport first-hand, she is an advocate of growing all elements of women’s sport, whether that’s getting girls to play, increasing the visibility of female athletes, or improving commercial returns. Clare leads Two Circles’ work in this space and has worked with multiple leading sports organisations to drive recent unprecedented growth. She has also set up and led Two Circles’ charity partnerships to give back to the wider society around sports. Sport has always been and continues to be an essential part of Clare’s life beyond work. She’s an enthusiastic boulderer and cyclist and can always be tempted to engage in some healthy competition. A collector of interests, Clare also loves history, trashy action films, and a good pub quiz.
