Clive Burcham, a third-generation farmer, embodies entrepreneurship. From childhood, he juggled lawn mowing, farming, milk delivery, and supermarket work. At 16, he produced his first TV show, and by 25, as Creative Director launched the record setting Comedy Channel winning 32 international awards in 3 years.
He has since founded or co-founded ten organizations, most notably, The Conscience Organisation, from start up to sale in 4 years, selling to WPP at 10x (and buying it back during a consolidation phase). He is also the Founding Partner of the New York based NGO Juggernaught, Global Citizen who’ve now redeployed $50bn to End Extreme Poverty. Clive has advised and served on boards for organizations including Rare Birds, Global Citizen and WelleCo, has worked with some of the world’s most influential business leaders as Chair of the Young Presidents Organisation forum.
After two decades leading businesses and philanthropic endeavors globally, Clive founded Compadres, a next-generation business growth practice. He now leverages his extensive experience and network to help visionary entrepreneurs and leaders across diverse sectors, leading businesses with valuations approximately $500 million.
