Corinne Chant, CMO & Innovation Director Global Beauty Brands, PZ Cussons

Corinne’s professional journey spans over 20 years, at Danone and Pepsico, nurturing and revitalizing leading brands in the FMCG sector, from mineral water and dairy products to breakfast cereals. Her passion lies in breathing new life into beloved yet dusty or plateauing brands — rekindling their emotional resonance and cultural relevance through insight-driven and award-winning creative work, and consumer-centric innovation programs.

After many years in FMCG food & drink, Corinne sought a fresh challenge, venturing into the realm of Beauty. In mid-2023, she embarked on a new chapter at PZ Cussons, assuming the role of CMO & Innovation Director for the global Beauty business, overseeing growth initiatives across tanning, bathing, and haircare markets.

Corinne has dual British & French nationality, holds degrees from both the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris, and recently completed the Barefoot Coaching course. 

Beyond the office, Corinne thrives in the great outdoors – an enthusiast of physical challenges, she is an experienced runner, and especially enjoys hiking and skiing with her husband and three children.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
