Dan Pickles, Head of Marketing, EMEA, Bazaarvoice

Dan is head of EMEA Marketing at Bazaarvoice, a leading SaaS technology provider with over 12,000 global brand and retail customers. Over the past two years, Dan has been the driving force behind Bazaarvoice’s demand generation in EMEA. A member of the company’s global marketing leadership, Dan heads up a team focused on campaign strategies that drive revenue, brand awareness and advocacy for Bazaarvoice across EMEA.

Dan began his career in marketing agencies, including WPP, covering a range of sectors and services. His love of B2B marketing saw him lead award-winning campaigns for tech giants including Dell, Samsung, Red Hat & Orange. Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, in 2017 Dan joined SaaS startup LzLabs, where he built performance, marketing and communications initiatives across European markets, growing revenue from five to eight figures over four years.

Dan is a committed leader and self-confessed SaaS geek. He has a postgraduate certificate in product management from Kellogg School of Management, is a member of B2B Marketing UK and The Marketing Academy. He is also a member of Bazaarvoice’s “Uniquely Wired” diversity group, and of Tourettes Action UK.

In his free time, Dan can be found playing guitar, on the golf course, cooking or listening to records. He’s a lifelong fan of Leeds United, classic comedies and a proper coffee.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
