Dan is an experienced advertising strategist and all-round media industry professional.
For the last 15+ years Dan has proudly represented a number of media agencies of various shapes and sizes, including both independent and multi-national agencies. Dan is an entrepreneur at heart and is at home working in a fast-paced environment, which is one of the main reasons why he enjoys working in a dynamic agency environment.
Over the years Dan has honed his skills across a number of industry disciplines, working in roles ranging from communications planning, to media planning, to client service, to strategy, to head of digital through to his current position as Managing Director and partner at Frontier Australia. Frontier is one of the country’s leading media agencies focused on developing complete performance media and marketing solutions for its clients. Most recently, Dan helped steer the Frontier business through a successful acquisition as the Frontier business joined the Edge Performance network, the largest full-service Performance Marketing group in the world and part of the Havas group globally.
His passion and speciality lie in helping business grow. This includes businesses both large and small, local and global. He prides himself on achieving this through a carefully considered, highly accountable, performance focused approach to advertising investment linked firmly to tangible business outcomes.
One of Dan’s proudest achievements most recently was being one of the co-founding directors of the IMAA (Independent Media Agencies Australia) a relatively new industry body that he helped establish in support of the local independent media agency sector. The IMMA now has over 120+ agency members nationally and a number of fulltime employees.
Ultimately, leading high-performance teams and helping his colleagues and clients thrive is what gets Dan excited and why he loves doing what he does.
