Danielle Dos Santos, Associate Brand Director, M&M’S, Mars Wrigley

Danielle DosSantos is the Associate Director of M&M’S® at Mars Wrigley, responsible for leading brand strategy and fueling both equity and sales growth for one of the world’s most iconic confectionery brands. In this role, she drives initiatives that strengthen consumer love and ensure M&M’S® continues to play a meaningful role in culture and in people’s lives.

With over a decade at Mars and roles in both R&D and Marketing, Danielle has helped shape some of the company’s most iconic and culturally relevant campaigns — from bringing Skittles Pride to the U.S. for the first time, to reintroducing lime with the award-winning Apologize the Rainbow campaign, to launching SKITTLES® Littles, winner of Product of the Year 2024.

Danielle is recognized for her energetic, solutions-oriented leadership style and her ability to turn complex challenges into opportunities. She is passionate about developing and coaching others, creating strong partnerships across teams, and fostering an inclusive environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.

A New Jersey native, Danielle holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and a B.A. in Food Science Research from Rutgers University. She currently resides in Cranford, NJ and enjoys being outdoors, reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
