Dave is a highly experienced coach, facilitator and trainer specialising in enabling change within individuals, teams and organisations. He is the Director of Connection Matters, an Organisational Development consultancy based in South Wales, as well as a consultant for The Living Leader.
Prior to starting his business in 2018, he spent more than fifteen years working in Blue Chip organisations, including Centrica; EDF Energy; HSBC and Lloyds; managing large remote teams and holding down senior leadership roles – so has first-hand experience of the challenges and opportunities linked to leading teams in complex organisations.
Dave’s work is driven by a deeply-held belief in the potential of people and their connections. He focuses on creating strong, trust-based relationships with his clients, helping them explore new ways of thinking to achieve lasting, impactful change.
