David Hilbert is an innovative and confident Sales and Marketing Professional with a demonstrated track record of success across Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations.

Beginning his career in Procurement within the Retail sector, David transitioned into the Automotive industry where he has extensive experience at both market level and regional headquarters.

David was selected as one of the Top 100 Most Effective Marketeers by Marketing Week in 2019 and most recently lead a team at Kia to achieve its first award at the Cannes Lions in 2025 for its innovative campaign called “Kia Soundscapes.” This campaign uses artificial intelligence (AI) and sound design technology to transform natural landscapes into immersive audio experiences, aimed at helping visually impaired individuals “hear and feel” scenery while driving. The campaign was recognized in the Digital Craft category, highlighting its creativity and technological advancement in experiential marketing.

With a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of automotive market dynamics, David continues to drive impactful business growth and brand success through his leadership in sales and marketing.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.
