David Hovenden is the CEO and co-founder of the The Misfits Media Company. The Misfits own B&T, Australia’s number one vehicle in the Australian advertising, marketing and media community, Travel Weekly, setting the agenda for Australia’s travel trade, and is a boutique full service agency within its own right.

David has been working in and around advertising and marketing for more years than he cares to admit. When he’s not working, David would prefer to be out to sea on his kayak or exploring some far flung corner of the world.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
