David McQueen is passionate about helping leaders to communicate for personal and business growth. An international speaker, board advisor and executive coach he has worked with corporates and non profits to develop their leadership teams. David also hosts his own podcast, Leadership Decoded. He started his career as an accountant, then moved into tech. Combining this commercial experience he set up his own consultancy fifteen years ago to help organisations to communicate better. His list of clients include Mercedes Benz, JP Morgan, Uber, Fidelity Investments, Societe General, Virgin and Barnados amongst others.
David has spoken at conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and North America, a 3x TEDx speaker he is also a TED fellow.
He is the husband of one, father of two, and lifelong Liverpool FC fan.
