David Scribner, Global CX Director, SAP

David has led multiple companies as CEO, including Virgin Mobile Australia. A career marketer, he was held the senior marketing role at Nestle, Telstra, AGL and Stockland. During his time at Virgin, he was able to pivot the business to the fastest growing telco, with an emphasis on customer experience – being the consistent market leader in Customer Satisfaction. While at Virgin he assisted the world renown brand by being an integral member of their Global Brand Council, setting the strategy for the brand globally and across multiple industries.

David has been a strong supporter of the marketing community and was a long-time board member of the AANA and also Chair of Ad Standards Australia.

After working in media as Chief Customer Officer for oOh! Media, he is now using his CX experience to assist companies as the Global CX Director for SAP.

He has worked internationally in Switzerland and the USA.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
