Debbie is one of our original Academy coaches and joined following her own career in marketing and brand development. She has worked across client side, agency and consultancy, most notably as the Brand Manager responsible for the original launch of Cravendale Milk. Latterly she held a number of people roles across hyper growth tech start up AND Digital. Empathetic, witty, thoughtful and curious, she is an authentic, open and engaging coach and has partnered with leaders at all levels. Her practice draws upon a number of philosophies and techniques, is strengths based and underpinned by neuroscience and behavioural psychology.
Debbie now specialises in working with marketing, creative and commercial leaders to make effective leadership transitions. And there’s no bigger transition catalyst than the Marketing Academy!
