Debbie Spence, Head of Brand, Frost Collective

Debbie is a strategic lead at international branding agency Frost* collective. Debbie is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of brand strategy, brand identity and experience. Endlessly fascinated by the interactions between brands, technology, places and people, Debbie loves working in this pure space where commerce and creativity converge.

She began her career at a management consultancy, where she worked with arts and media organisations to help them understand and grow their audiences. (Human Centred Design before it was a thing). She has expertise in branding, brand strategy, digital strategy, design thinking, communications planning, co-design, ethnography, design research and user experience analysis.

Debbie has been in Australia for 8 years. She lives in Sydney with her wife and their dogs. She has a BSc (hons) in Psychology from the University of York.

She should never be left alone with good cheese or Scotch and will consider defriending anyone who orders pineapple on their pizza.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
