Debora Koyama is a global executive with 30 years of experience driving growth, brand reinvention, and enterprise transformation across Fortune 100 companies including Unilever, Mondelez, AB InBev, L’Oréal, and Diageo – across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Most recently, she has served as Unilever’s Enterprise Strategy & Transformation Leader and Chief of Staff to the CEOs – at a $67 billion business – where she co-created the company’s Growth Action Plan, delivering its strongest decade of performance in 2024, and led the development of its 2030 strategy with AI at its core. She shaped the C-Suite AI immersion in Silicon Valley that informed the enterprise strategy, which received Board and Capital Markets endorsement.
Earlier, as Global Growth Operations Officer at Unilever, she steered enterprise priorities across categories, geographies, and functions to accelerate innovation and agility. As Chief Marketing Officer for Mondelez Europe – a $10 billion business and the company’s largest region – she led strategy, digital transformation, and brand reinvention across an iconic portfolio including Cadbury, Milka, Oreo, and Toblerone.
Prior to Mondelez, Debora was Global Marketing Vice President for Stella Artois & Craft at AB InBev, where she created the brand’s first global social impact campaign – partnering with Matt Damon’s water.org to help women in the developing world access clean water.
Debora brings a rare breadth across strategy, growth, brand, operating model, and AI-era leadership – and a track record of building clarity where there is complexity, at Board level and beyond. She has completed executive programmes at Stanford (Executive Program; AI-Driven Leadership) and MIT Sloan (AI for Business Strategy).
