Deborah Dolce, SVP, Group Marketing & Corporate Responsibility Director, TJX Europe

After a language degree, Deborah began her career in journalism and marketing agencies. Excited by the unique offprice business model of brands and quality for less, she joined TJX for the launch of the first TK Maxx store in England in 1994. Today Deborah sits on the European Executive Committee.

Deborah leads two departments Brand & Marketing and Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, for TJX Europe, as well as participating in a number of global TJX initiatives.

Deborah retains her passion for the offprice model and the special culture of TJX. She is proud to be part of a company with a long heritage of operating responsibly, in which the core values of honesty, integrity, and treating each other with dignity and respect are woven throughout the organisation.

Deborah sits on the Board of Directors for the London Philharmonic Orchestra, on an Advisory Group for the Prince’s Trust and is a School Governor.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
