Debbie is currently Chief Marketing Officer, Australia and New Zealand at Zip Co.

Her career spans across the entire financial services value chain and has previously held executive roles at CBA where she led Strategy & Operations, Data and Decision Science, Product Management and Loyalty Marketing functions. The prior 10 years were in Marketing roles (agency and client side), specialising in building relationships with customers and establishing and running loyalty programs.

Debbie brings a commercially valuable combination of turning businesses around and driving results with precision focus and vision; and a passion for growth and building customer relationships, leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.

She is a passionate customer advocate and known as a transformational and authentic leader. This is borne out of leading cross-functional high performing teams, and forging strong relationships. Debbie is highly commercial, transforming the thinking and strategy in various businesses through a data-driven and analytical approach. The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
