Diane is an Executive Coach, Mentor and Board Advisor. She primarily works with leaders and high potentials and focuses on leadership, professional performance and personal growth. She became a coach because she well understands clients’ external and internal challenges and wants to help them succeed with greater ease. Diane has significant business experience. Her first 20 years were spent working in leading agencies such as BBDO and Saatchi & Saatchi where she held Board, Department Head, Account Management, Strategy Planning and HR roles.
After completing an MBA at ESSEC in Paris, she successfully took on CEO and Board roles in PE-backed luxury related companies. She has the Professional Certificate in Coaching and Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is accredited by the EMCC. Diane works mostly on a one-to-one basis, either directly with private clients or through their companies. Her clients describe her as intelligent, respectful, motivating, supportive, challenging and safe.
