Elaine has over 14 years of experience in account management across strategy and creative campaigns development, customer experience and end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects.
With a background across government, financial services, FMCG, not-for-profit and automotive, Elaine has a solid understanding of customer and stakeholder requirements for both customer experience and creative campaigns across multiple sectors.
In her role as Client Partner, leads the team to ensure the work is delivered aligns with clients’ business objective. Her focus is to understand the business and customer challenges, and work with discipline leads to ensure the right team are engaged to deliver great work on this campaigns.
Outside of work, Elaine is loves books (audio and physical), a podcast addict and when she can, spends time on floristry where she’s done a few of her close friends’ weddings.
