Elyse is a passionate, ideas led, and solutions-focused media professional with over 10 years of agency experience. She is currently a Business Director at PHD leading two of the agency’s largest accounts.
Working at PHD for the past 5 years has seen Elyse and her team develop multiple award-winning campaigns. However, equally important to her is the work she has done with brands and clients such as Ben & Jerry’s, Dove and The Women in STEM Ambassador, to make a positive impact on society.
Elyse’s passion to make a positive impact led her to become the co-creator and driving force of a new agency division, PHD On Demand. This new model exists to democratise agency access, giving brands of all shapes and sizes the opportunity to leverage the thinking and tools needed to expedite their growth. PHD On Demand also seeks to accelerate the growth of PHDers by giving them opportunities to work on different challenges.
Elyse is passionate about nurturing and investing in the industry’s future leaders as she experienced the impact of this herself during her early years at Ikon communications. Elyse spent 6 years at Ikon honing her strategic planning and client service craft across Goodman Fielder, Casella Family Brands, The Australian Egg Corporation and Pandora Jewelry.
She is driven by a relentless pursuit of growth and improvement for herself and for those she leads. She believes her purpose is to create positive experiences for those around her both personally and professionally. Elyse believes life is too short not to be enjoyed and is incredibly grateful to work in a job she loves with people she loves to be around.
