Following an early career in FMCG, Emma spent a decade leading marketing & sales for Eurostar before setting up Glow London, working with leadership teams and organisations to cut through complexity, align around what really matters and unlock momentum. As Chair of the Marketing Academy Global alumni programme and a Fellow of the Marketing Society, Emma is considered to be one of the leading voices shaping the future of marketing leadership.
