As Head of Digital Marketing, at Camelot the operator of The National Lottery, Emma-Jane leads a team of 12 to deliver exceptional digital marketing strategies, campaigns and performance across paid and owned digital channels. She is always looking for smart ways to utilise data, technology, channel capabilities, creative formats and digital partnerships to reach and better engage with existing and new audiences. Emma-Jane was responsible for leading the digital refresh of The National Lottery website and app, she embedded a new data driven multi-channel life cycle strategy and most recently overhauled the digital media channel strategy and tactics in response to Covid-19.
Prior to Camelot, Emma-Jane worked agency-side gaining experience across a wide range of clients helping to drive their digital agenda including; Lloyds, Ford, Oxfam, Oreo, EDF, Vodafone and O2. Emma-Jane is constantly driven by supporting and developing others to create a happy, motivated, high performing team and to help individuals achieve their goals.
Emma-Jane loves books, being outside, wine and cheese. And having grown up in a number of different countries Emma-Jane has always had a strong passion for travel, volunteering and experiencing new cultures. She is currently dreaming about her next adventure when lockdown eases.
