Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Erin brings more than two decades of experience spanning brand, marketing, and talent strategy. She began her career in account leadership at a boutique agency, where she ultimately led the client services function and helped shape integrated marketing programs for clients across consumer products, manufacturing, and professional services.
She later joined EY as Americas Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Leader, where she led award-winning campaigns to elevate the firm’s global talent brand. She went on to build and lead EY’s Global Employer Brand Center of Excellence, helping to shape the company’s EVP and attraction strategy across 150+ countries.
At Grace Blue, Erin advises C-level clients on talent acquisition strategy and serves as a trusted advocate for candidates across the media, marketing, and advertising industry. She joined the firm in 2021 and now leads its commercial growth across executive search and recruitment solutions.
