Ethné is a cross-discipline marketing specialist with experience across several large enterprise and FTSE 100 companies. In her current role as a Principal Consultant for PHD Media Beyond’s consultancy arm, Ethné is responsible for stewarding clients through marketing transformation initiatives to unlock sustainable marketing and business growth. She is currently completing a nine-month secondment with Porsche GB where she is responsible for accelerating their performance marketing programme.
Ethné’s previous roles have covered a broad spectrum of media planning and buying specialisms, for clients such as BHF, VWG, Virgin Atlantic, AMEX, Chanel, Carnival Cruises and Sainsbury’s. Her modus operandi is to ensure that teams and stakeholders are aligned to drive tangible impact; an approach that has seen her client work recognised through several industry awards. These, alongside her role in ITV’s first Silent Ad break in 2020 have been the ‘pinch me’ moments in her career.
Ethné also plays an active role in Omnicom Media’s DE&I programme, championing Working Parents and Carers initiatives since 2018 and offering mentoring for returning colleagues after parental leave.
Each year Ethné’s Spotify annual review is ruined by her kid’s favourite songs; this year K-Pop Demon Hunters and KSI featured more heavily versus Deep House than she was expecting! Travel and food also feature very highly on Ethné’s agenda, and this year she’ll be taking a trip to California to soak up some family time alongside exploring the amazing nature it has to offer.
