Farah empowers executives and ADHDers (Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder) globally to be less passive and more proactive in their leadership and / or ADHD goals to be their best selves in the workplace and beyond!

She is an Ivy League-educated Health Executive with 20 years of leadership experience, an Executive Coach and ADHD Coach with the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, as well as a Consultant and a Professional Speaker. 

She has briefed senior leaders (e.g. Canadian Ministers, US Senators, and Ambassadors); led high-performing teams; sat on non-profit boards as President, VP, and Director; served as a guest lecturer / facilitator / speaker for various universities / colleges, webinars, and podcasts; provided 1:1 / group / team coaching, and led dynamic workshops, including for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). You’ll work together to “Unleash your inner Super Leader and ADHD Superpowers!” 

Farah is a Professional Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (IOC) McLean – Harvard Medical School Affiliate & a Top 10 presenter at the 2023 World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) by Coaching.com Pre-Summit on “Neurodiversity – Navigating ADHD in the Workplace.”

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
