Felicity is the Global Business Manager at The Marketing Academy. She has been with the organisation since its inception and has played a pivotal role in its establishment, growth, and global operations—from contacting the initial mentors, partners, and media, to arranging the launch event, managing finance, and setting up the back-office infrastructure.
In her current role as Global Business Manager, Felicity supports the strategic and operational delivery of the business globally, working closely with Sherilyn to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across regions and programs.
Felicity has supported Sherilyn for 19 years, managing international travel, complex diary coordination, and providing trusted executive support.
Previously, Felicity spent over 10 years as Program Lead for the EMEA Fellowship Program and the Global Fellowship Alumni. In this role, she set up and ran the Fellowship Program across EMEA, coordinating the end-to-end application process and delivering residentials with McKinsey, masterclasses, mentoring, partner relationships, and all program logistics. She also led the Global Fellowship Alumni program, working with the Alumni Council to deliver year-round activity, including their flagship three-day residential.
Earlier in her career, Felicity volunteered with Plant for Peace, an initiative supporting rural communities and smallholder farmers in conflict and post-conflict regions worldwide, managing administrative operations. She also worked for ReMaDe, an Objective 1–funded organisation in Cornwall focused on diverting waste from landfill and transforming discarded materials into useful products.
Outside of work, Felicity enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her children. She is passionate about her Scottish roots—particularly Scottish rugby—and has a lifelong love of horses. She can often be found watching eventing or at the races and once rode on horseback across Scotland from the North East to Skye. She is also a keen photographer.
