Felicity Walker, Head of Global Advertising & Media, TUI Group

Felicity is an established marketing leader with a passion for developing impactful, integrated campaigns that deliver tangible business results. She is currently TUI’s Head of Global Advertising and Media, working centrally with her team to lead and champion marketing excellence across the group.

Felicity has spent more than a decade at TUI in several positions within retail marketing, partnerships, product marketing and UK brand advertising. Regardless of the role, Felicity has always put creativity, innovation and collaboration and at the heart of all projects.

Now a proud brand marketeer, she is responsible for leading the global communications strategy and development of best-in-class advertising campaigns. She also leads the newly formed global brand media function, focused on delivering greater efficiency and effectiveness from TUI’s brand marketing investment.

Some of her career highlights include delivering the successful Thomson to TUI rebrand campaign in the UK, launching an award-winning podcast, as well as leading the development of TUI’s first global Christmas campaign which was assessed by System 1 as the best ad they have ever tested in the travel and leisure category.

Felicity’s career at TUI has enabled her to blend both business and pleasure, as her passion for travel extends beyond work and into her personal life. She takes great pleasure in ensuring her next global adventure is always around the corner!

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
