Fiona Gordon, CEO, Ogilvy

Fiona is CEO of Ogilvy UK which is WARC UK’s Most Creative Agency of 2023 and Ogilvy are also Clio and AD AGE: Global Network of the Year 2023

After university in Edinburgh, Fiona has built her career at Ogilvy leading significant integrated clients and offices – from Unilever to American Express and Boots.   She started in Ogilvy UK and then worked in New York and two stints in Asia in Hong Kong and Singapore.  She loves learning about new countries and travelling and in Asia she led clients such as GSK, Singtel and Mondelez and was also CEO of the Ogilvy Singapore office.

She is a Director of the American European Business Association, a member of the WACL Talent Mentoring Committee, CoChair of Cultural and Creative Action Strand for Make London a Living City, sits on the IPA Council and on the advisory board of WPP’s Stella Network. She is also a proud aunt, dog owner and a lover of travel and theatre.

The program is free but highly selective so firstly we ask senior business leaders working within Marketing, Media and Advertising to nominate the best of their emerging leaders for a place on the program. All ‘nominees’ then receive an ‘Invitation to Apply’ which includes essential information about the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 ARE OPEN

Applicants may apply to EITHER cohort regardless of country of residence, but must commit to attend both Residential dates & the Virtual day of their chosen cohort. Attendance is mandatory and a condition of acceptance onto the program.
