As a management consultant at Accenture, Frances works with pharmaceutical companies to unlock growth, improve the experience of customers, and ultimately, the outcomes of patients.
Frances leads the Launch Excellence capability across Europe, building organisations which can define disruptive product launch strategies and campaigns whilst smoothly delivering the complex operational and regulatory activities required to safely launch a medicine. She also has extensive experience in brand planning, commercial operating models, customer experience and patient services.
Internally, Frances is the UKI Innovation Lead for the Life Sciences Strategy & Consulting practice, bringing together the best thinking from across the organisation to solve specific client challenges or build the right culture and capabilities for innovation to thrive. A passionate people developer, she has long volunteered her time in roles such as Talent Pipeline Lead, responsible for internal recruitment and mentoring of junior talent.
Prior to joining Accenture, Frances worked in eCommerce at Visa Europe and completed a degree in Economics at UCL.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys the theatre and immersive performance. She is also Vice-Chair of Trustees of Sunday Assembly London, a global group of secular community builders creating opportunities to live better, help often and wonder more.
