Frankie Parsons, Marketing Director, L’Oréal UK & Ireland

Having spent her 10 year career at L’Oreal, Frankie is a true Beauty-lover (because she’s worth it!). In her career she aims to combine her passion for approachable people management – championing feedback & transparency – with an inspiring leadership style, and a results-driven love for managing complex & fascinating beauty brands.

Most recently, she has moved to the Dermatological Skincare arm of L’Oreal, as Marketing Director for La Roche-Posay. In an industry often driven by Social Media trends & the Next Best Thing, the team’s aim is to build the brand equitably, protecting its heartland in Dermatological expertise, but bringing it to life in a way that’s relevant for both existing and new audiences.

Prior to this, Frankie’s first 9 years were spent in the company’s Luxe division across Makeup & Fragrance brands. Her last role here was heading up the Couture Brands team responsible for integrating and accelerating the newly-acquired Prada & Valentino licenses, and in the process transforming their market positioning.

Frankie’s proudest career moment so far has been leading the Global-first launch of Valentino Makeup into the UK in 2021, a chance to bring together her experience across all marketing functions to create an unmissable moment, making the fashion house the most talked about beauty brand within the industry and being awarded Selfridges’ Launch of the Year.

Frankie’s work in marketing has always been founded in a love for the ‘why’; critically reviewing data, insights and analysis, with consumer behaviour driving decisions in every role. Outside of work, Frankie applies this passion for problem-solving to her everyday hobbies: Puzzles, Sudokus, True Crime podcasts, and figuring out how to get any green vegetables into her toddler.
